¹My data will only be used for contacting me, the registration for the event and the related technical administration. In particular, my data will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties. The privacy policy of ULTIMATE NOW applies. It contains further information on the correction, deletion and blocking of my personal data.

General

At what age can I participate at ULTIMATE NOW?

There is no limitation concerning the content but we think you should be at least at the age of 12 to cope with the technology. And we recommend to consider the respective national legislation for the protection of minors.

Is participation really for free?

Thanks to our fantastic sponsors, yes :-).

Where can I see my artwork?

Artworks that correspond to our guidelines will be uploaded to the ULTIMATE NOW website where everybody can admire them.

What happens with my artwork in a long term?

Your unique artwork will join all other artworks and will built piece by piece a whole new and common artwork. We call it “an artful social composition” :-).

Can I participate more than once?

Sure, you are always welcome to register.

What is so special about my artwork?

It is as unique as you and your mate are!

Where can I view my work after the session?

Immediately after your session you will be asked by an ULTIMATE NOW colleague to approve your work. Is it fine for you, we will save it. You don’t want to show it to the world, we will delete it.

Can people with physical disabilities participate?

Everybody is welcome :-). Together we are strong and can make things possible!

Can people with visual impairment participate?

There is a place at ULTIMATE NOW even for blind people. Make sure one of you can see properly.

Do I have to bring a mate?

Absolutely! Check our vids then you'll understand ;-).

Events

What language is spoken at the events?

Usually English.

Do I lose my spot if I'm late?

Most of all you lose a lifetime experience! Be punctual it pays off :-).

How long does a session last?

Approximately 20 minutes.

Should I wear special clothing for the session?

Comfortable clothing is a good idea.

Can I take my bag into the cube?

You can take your belongings with you.

Am I alone in the Cube?

Your mate is with you and an ULTIMATE NOW crew member will accompany you during the session.

How big is a cube?

3x3x3 meters.

Are the VR glasses cleaned after each use?

We disinfect the equipment after each use. In addition, we use one-time pads, which we renew after each use.

Can I pass on the glasses directly to my partner/mate?

If your mate has booked the next session, yes. But give us some time to disinfect and fresh up the equipment ;-).

Is there a wardrobe for my jacket/pocket?

It depends on the venue. We recommend to take as less as possible along.

How early should I be there?

Round 20 minutes before your actual session slot.

Registration

What happens to my data?

It’s in the matrix ;-). Check our privacy terms for detailed information but in a nutshell: we are not interested in your personal data and delete all registration data after a short period of time automatically.

Can I book a binding ticket?

By registering and booking a specific date and time slot you help us organize each event in a better way for all of us. We try to make things as easy as possible but we cannot guarantee absolute punctuality.

Technology

What happens if I can’t cope with VR?

You stop and get you a drink ;-). It’s about having fun and making a positive experience. No constraints :-).

Who can I contact if I cannot cope with the VR?

An ULTIMATE NOW crew member will accompany you during the session.

I wear glasses. Can I still wear VR glasses?

Yes.

Am I alone in the virtual world?

You are not alone. It’s You, your light pen and your inspiration ;-).

Can I stop my session at any time?

Sure.
